What a proud moment for Chef Stéphane Décotterd, as he secures a Michelin star for his signature restaurant on Glion campus! And what a milestone for Glion, as we become the world’s only higher education institution to host a gastronomic destination embodying this level of excellence.
As you’ll know if you follow Maison Décotterd @lamaisondecotterd on Instagram, Stéphane is a true master of his craft. The Michelin Guide judges agree, not only awarding 1 star to Restaurant Stéphane Décotterd but also 1 Bib gourmand to “Le Bistro by Décotterd”. Great news for our Bachelor students, who spend four weeks in kitchen, bar and service rotations within Maison Décotterd as part of their Practical Arts semester.
