1. Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality
   SSTH, better known as “Swiss School” is a flagship school for hospitality education worldwide. Founded in 1966, This Swiss Hotel School was one the first hospitality school in Switzerland to offer programs in the English language for international students.
2. Careers and concept
   Our “learning for life” concept will teach you to role play across three different levels of management. Our school hotel serves as the learning centre, and managerial skills are fine-tuned in cross-department training programs and through hands-on practical experience.
3. Global recognition
   SSTH is the only Swiss Hotel School whose English programs are in the accreditation process of the Swiss Federal Government. In addition, our programs are currently being reviewed by the leading Hotel Association of Switzerland (hotelleriesuisse) for accreditation of the Swiss Association Diploma.
4. Applied management
   The SSTH blended learning approach, consisting of a blend of theoretical and practical knowledge, allows you to apply acquired management skills instantly to the hospitality industry. The business angle of our curriculum will train you in management know-how, finance, revenue- and cost-planning as well as result evaluation.

   Most members of our international faculty have long term work experience as leading managers in the hospitality industry.    The SSTH campus is located just over an hour away from Zurich by road or by train. Our state (canton) is called Graubünden which is Switzerland’s no.1 holiday destination. Not only is SSTH located in Switzerland’s largest state (canton), but it is also situated close to Switzerland’s oldest and most historic city, the city of Chur.
8. Internships
   Internships are an integral part of our curriculum. Future employers are impressed by SSTH students, as they bring with them practical experience. Our career placement team counsels and places students individually. In this Swiss Hotel School, Internships are offered anywhere in the world.
9. Campus – Live the experience
   Students live and learn together in a classic belle époque hotel, a former spa hotel.The majority of the 170 rooms provided are single rooms. Conference rooms, a recreation center, a business center, state of the art classrooms, kitchens, an in house cinema, discotheque, specialty restaurants, banquet hall and a library are all part of the SSTH campus.
